This CSR initiative of BoroPlus provides support to the students in the process that will help them know and understand themselves and the world of work in order to make career, educational, and life decisions. The program has gone beyond than just the student deciding on what subject to study and what job/career/profession they want to pursue in their life. Physical and online sessions have been held for the students to overcome obstacles to career success by providing guidance and support to help individuals identify and overcome barriers that may be preventing them from achieving their career goals.
